2. Palette Content & Intellectual Property

Color hex values themselves are not copyrightable. The hex codes, palette combinations, and AI prompts generated or displayed on this Site are free to use without attribution in any personal or commercial project.

The Site itself — including its name "ihatecolors", logo, UI design, written descriptions, color psychology text, and code — is our proprietary work and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce it.

If you submit a palette to the Site (via any community submission feature), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display it on the Site.

3. Advertisements

The Site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and potentially other ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Ad interactions are governed by the advertiser's and ad network's own terms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties
